What if every candidate scores low?

If your highest candidate scores 8 or lower, you don't have an idea worth shipping yet. That's not failure. That's signal. Go back to Lesson 2, pick a different method, or a different person from your Lesson 1 list. Better to lose a week now than waste seven later.

If your highest scores 9 to 11, you have a workable idea but you'll need to scope it down. Ask: "Is there a smaller version of this same problem that scores higher?" Often yes. The shrunk version is your candidate.

If your highest scores 12 to 15, you're ready for Coach Reya. Move.
